Condominium ownership is a concept that has existed in Florida since 1963. Condominium purchasers and owners are often not familiar with the complex legal requirements. This 6 part series is intended to acquaint unit owners and prospective buyers with the basic concepts of condominium ownership. It is not to be construed as legal advice.
