OR DOES IT MAKE "FOR A BETTER SHORES"?
Again, Thank You so much.
June 19, 2010
Hello Keith,
Hello Keith,
I can not express to you how thankful we both are that you took the time on Sat. 6-19 to come to our house and take pictures of what has been a truly horrible situation for us to see every day for the past several years.
The Shores has told us no permanent fixture is allowed but yet they allow this horrible eye sore for us to see everyday. We must make sure the Shores looks great and this will help other people who are trying to sell their home have no problem doing so.

Jorge and Sandra Combariza
238 Phoenetia Drive
Ms. Combariza has provided the following photo of a lattice fence, with an array of flowers, which she and her husband installed to block the view of what they describe as an "Eyesore".
When asked about the lattice fence, Mr. Combariza mentioned that he was told by both, Mr. Zinn (Service Corporation President) and Joseph Smith (Service Corporation General Manager), that the fence must be removed immediately or they would be subject to fines. When asked what the amount of the fines would be Ms. Combariza mentioned that it was either $200.00 or $250.00 per day. She couldn't remember the exact number.
The reason given for removal, according to Ms. Combariza; "they told us no permanent fixture is allowed but yet they allow this horrible eye sore for us to see everyday."
Editor's Note: The Combarizas and their neighbors have been forced to endure the "Eyesore" on Phoenetia Drive since at least 2007. The Combarizas were told that their lattice fence must be removed and they complied immediately!
Is this selective enforcement? How do situations such as this affect the property values in the area?

Looks to me like a trailer park! I can understand why they put up a fence!
Take care
