SECURITY CONCERNS AT THE STORAGE COMPOUND

I am personally appalled at Mr. Zinn's blatant disregard and disrespect for the property of many Shores homeowners, specifically the boat storage area. After being made aware that a large hole had been cut through the fence, months passed and still the hole was not repaired. During this time, MANY Shores homeowners with boats in that area found their boats vandalized. Reporting this vandalism to the homeowner's association did no good. Recently, my neighbor's Bimini was found at a "chop shop" in downtown St. Aug and was retrieved after much haggling.

An intelligent person can't help but wonder if somebody on the board is getting a cut of the take.

This arbitrary and capricious (lack of) concern for the homeowners property is unacceptable. Boat owners should keep boats in their yards or driveways with this attitude -- Go ahead, FINE ME.
