A recent investigation has revealed that the St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation may be in direct violation of its own deed restrictions. Apparently the Shores is comprised of 8 individual units, each with its own restrictions.
Language within each of the unit deed restrictions specifically implies what the cap on collected association fees shall be as well as the procedure for making any changes to the documents.
With every owner of property within the Shores being assessed $27.50 per month in maintenance fees, a prudent property owner may question how they arrived at this figure.
