CONDOMINIUM SECURITY TASK FORCE NEEDED

I am reaching out to all of the condominium associations within the Shores to determine the level of vandalism at the pools on your sites. Just this morning our Maintenance person asked us to stop by before heading out this morning to see the condition of the pool. Once again, it has been vandalized.

How are you handling this at your complexes if you are having a problem. Calling the Sheriff's department doesn't help, although we will file a complaint. They had promised to patrol more often, but you have to constantly call them to remind them to do this, and it isn't effective in the long run.

It would be great if we could pool our resources as a condo community, and pay for a private security guard. I believe that the Conquistador's has someone they pay?? Could we pool resources as a condo community and have them patrol our areas?

Maybe we could even get Deltona to help since they are very involved in the community now? If this seems feasible, how do we jump start it?

Please E-Mail me through the link attached to my name below.
